Mangaluru-based Mukund MGM Realty has acquired the property that formerly housed the Infosys campus in the Kottara area of Mangaluru. The property covers approximately 2.75 acres.

Mangaluru has a strong base of educational institutions, skilled professionals, and entrepreneurial talent, he said the challenge is to create more opportunities within the city so businesses can grow in Mangaluru, young people can build their careers locally, and professionals who have moved elsewhere can find compelling reasons to return.
